Paul founded NACAS in 2015 as a stand alone professional body and as an organisation care workers could call their own, a place where they could feel respected, recognised, get support from their peers as well as career support.

Zoe is a former community care worker, and has a good understanding of the issues faced by the workforce on a day to day basis.

Zoe has gained an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care in 2006 and  graduated from the University of Wales Trinity St David with a Business Studies degree. 

Liz is an experienced Registered Nurse with 38 years of varied nursing experience.  

 In 2015, Liz co-founded a successful an award-winning domiciliary care business, where she continues to play an active role
