In the world of care, where every day you pour your heart into helping others, it's easy to forget the one person also deserving of care – you. At Tresacare, we see you, we hear you, and we’re here for you.
Starting December 13th till January 31st, every Wednesday evening (except for Dec 27th), we’re opening our doors for you to unwind, share, and connect.
Our Wellbeing Gym is not just an event – it's a movement. It's where care workers come together to find solace, strength, and solidarity. Whether it's through the calm of meditation, the rejuvenation of yoga, or the simple joy of a shared laugh, we’re here to fill your cup.

Remember, self-care is not a luxury; it's a necessity. You can't pour from an empty cup, so let us help you refill yours.
